What tasks await you?
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve equipment management systems, standards, and procedures;
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring high equipment reliability and safety;
- Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of new production lines and automation systems;
- Develop and maintain PLC and robot programs (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, KUKA, FANUC);
- Analyze equipment performance, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions;
- Prepare and manage maintenance cost budgets, promoting energy efficiency and cost reduction;
- Lead TPM activities and organize technical skill training for operators and maintenance teams.
You are the perfect candidate if you:
- Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, or a related field;
- Have at least 3 years of experience in electrical or automation maintenance in large-scale manufacturing;
- Can read and interpret electrical drawings and are familiar with automation systems (sensors, servo motors, controllers);
- Have hands-on experience with PLC and robot programming and troubleshooting;
- Work precisely, analytically, and can perform effectively under pressure;
- Speak English and Hungarian fluently and communicate confidently with international teams.
It’s an advantage if you have the following:
- Experience with CCD systems (development and debugging);
- Familiarity with TPM systems, energy management, or lean manufacturing principles;
- Background in battery, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
