What tasks await you?

  • Establish, implement, and continuously improve equipment management systems, standards, and procedures;
  • Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring high equipment reliability and safety;
  • Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of new production lines and automation systems;
  • Develop and maintain PLC and robot programs (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, KUKA, FANUC);
  • Analyze equipment performance, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions;
  • Prepare and manage maintenance cost budgets, promoting energy efficiency and cost reduction;
  • Lead TPM activities and organize technical skill training for operators and maintenance teams.

 

You are the perfect candidate if you:

  • Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, or a related field;
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in electrical or automation maintenance in large-scale manufacturing;
  • Can read and interpret electrical drawings and are familiar with automation systems (sensors, servo motors, controllers);
  • Have hands-on experience with PLC and robot programming and troubleshooting;
  • Work precisely, analytically, and can perform effectively under pressure;
  • Speak English and Hungarian fluently and communicate confidently with international teams.

 

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

  • Experience with CCD systems (development and debugging);
  • Familiarity with TPM systems, energy management, or lean manufacturing principles;
  • Background in battery, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
