Electrical Engineer

1. Establishment and improvement of equipment management system: Compile various systems, norms, standards and processes of equipment management, organize the implementation of various systems and norms, and monitor the implementation;
2. Equipment maintenance plan management: prepare various equipment maintenance plans, decompose each maintenance plan, and guide the implementation;
3. Equipment maintenance management: prepare equipment maintenance plans and control the implementation process of maintenance plans; Develop and implement equipment maintenance standards and processes; supervise and control the daily operation of the equipment, and promptly investigate hidden dangers of the equipment; Guide equipment fault handling
4. Equipment file management: establish a maintenance ledger of equipment to ensure the completeness of file information, and conduct statistical analysis of various technical parameters of equipment;
5. Maintenance cost control: prepare equipment maintenance cost budgets and supervise implementation; Accounting and analysis of equipment maintenance costs and cost reduction and improvement;
6. Responsible for improving the safety and quality of production equipment, improving energy conservation and consumption reduction, improving equipment stability and improving efficiency, and actively promote the achievement of base operation KPIs;
7. Promote the rapid implementation of TPM work, and lead the skill improvement training of equipment and production personnel in this process;
