Dormitory coordinator
Your tasks will be:

Manage the overall functioning of the dormitory, including housekeeping, security and resident services;

Ensure the safety and security of all residents by implementing and enforcing dormitory rules and coordinating with security staff;

Oversee regular maintenance, repairs and cleanliness of dormitory facilities including common areas, rooms and utilities;

Handle resident check-ins, room assignments, and orientation, providing a welcoming and organized experience;

Act as the primary point of contact for residents to address complaints, conflicts and other concerns in a timely and professional manner;

Manage dormitory personnel, including housekeeping, maintenance and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations;

Ensure the proper use of dormitory facilities, equipment and utilities and implement energy-saving practices;

Implement and uphold dormitory policies and procedures to maintain order and ensure a harmonious living environment;
-
Plan and facilitate community-building activities, informational sessions, and programs to enhance residents’ living experience;

Maintain records of dormitory operations, prepare regular reports for management.
What we expect from you:

Bachelor’s degree or above;

Relevant experience;

Fluent English communication skill;
-
B category driving license;
-
Good organizational and communication skills;

Experience in managing staff;

Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skill;

Open-minded attitude;

Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
-
Ability to work in Debrecen.
