Description: 

Responsibilities:
    1.    Dormitory Sourcing & Management
    •    Identify, evaluate, and secure suitable dormitory resources based on expatriate employees' needs.
    •    Maintain good communication with landlords, property managers, and agencies to ensure compliance and validity of lease agreements.
    2.    Check-in & Check-out Management
    •    Arrange employee dormitory check-in, registration, and key management.
    •    Conduct check-out inspections, verify inventory, and handle deposit settlements and related procedures.
    3.    Daily Operations & Maintenance
    •    Conduct regular inspections of dormitory facilities to ensure utilities, appliances, and equipment function properly.
    •    Handle repair requests by coordinating with maintenance staff or external vendors for timely resolution.
    4.    Expense & Record Management
    •    Manage rental payments, utilities, and other dormitory-related expenses, ensuring accurate tracking and reimbursement.
    •    Establish and maintain dormitory records and archives, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
    5.    Safety & Compliance
    •    Supervise dormitory daily safety and ensure adherence to fire and housing safety requirements.
    •    Comply with company policies and Hungarian regulations; assist in handling emergencies when necessary.

Requirements:
    1.    College degree or above; prior experience in dormitory management, administration, or property management preferred.
    2.    Familiar with housing rental procedures and local residential management regulations; strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
    3.    Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    4.    Proficiency in Chinese and English; Hungarian language skills are a plus.
