What tasks await you?

• Manage daily import and export customs clearance processes and follow up on shipment transportation status;
• Maintain close cooperation with customs brokers and logistics partners, ensuring timely completion of customs procedures;
• Prepare, review, and manage import and export documentation in compliance with internal rules and external regulations;
• Support the establishment and continuous improvement of company rules and customs-related regulations;
• Coordinate and support AEO application processes;
• Supervise customs brokers, control related costs and payments;
• Maintain customs documentation, system master data, and prepare reports;
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

• Have previous experience in customs or import–export-related roles;
• Possess confident English and Hungarian language skills (written and spoken);
• Are able to work on-site in Debrecen (this position does not offer home office).
