PQM Team Leader

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Development quality management and base production quality management (quality control throughout the PDP project development process, FR reviews, project data handover, transfer base quality review, and implementation of new project quality activities);
•    Conduct PPAP audits, customer routine audits, and line switching audits (coordinate audit preparation, documentation, internal pre-audits, on-site audits, audit issue follow-up, and progress updates to the customer);
•    Handle customer complaints (0km and market claims), including product containment, quality reporting, customer communication, product replacement, and follow-up (25 types of customer interface activities);
•    Manage customer interface changes (participate in change reviews, apply for customer change approvals, and manage breakpoints);
•    Lead the entire PQM team and coordinate all PQM-related business activities.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree or above;
•    Proficient in quality tools such as QC7 techniques and 8D analysis methods;
•    Skilled in VDA 6.3, 6.5, and IATF16949 requirements;
•    Experienced in PPAP processes;
•    Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is preferred;
•    Strong communication problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in office softwares;
•    Over 5 years of experience in customer quality management, including at least 3 years in team leadership roles;
•    Able to work in both Hungarian and English;
•    Clear logical thinking and strong execution ability.
