What tasks await you?
• Cost budget application and management, auxiliary material procurement, accounting operations (receiving, issuing, and storing), reconciliation, payment, and reimbursement.
• Monitoring cost and expense usage, tracking capacity updates (MOH) and HR data, and analyzing variances between estimated and actual costs.
• Providing variance reports between accrued and actual expenses (e.g. sewage discharge fees, handling fees) for each department.
• Confirming MOH budget balances, preparing reports according to templates, and allocating funds to the cost group; managing transportation fee balances and processing invoices in the expense system.
• Identifying employee cost centers and ensuring accurate system data entry and updates in coordination with the cost group.
You are the perfect candidate if you:
• Have a degree (Associate or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economic Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Have strong knowledge of cost management principles.
• Are skilled in data analysis and sensitive to financial and operational data.
• Have strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Are proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other applications).
• Have at least 2 years of experience in cost management or a related field.
It’s an advantage if you have the following:
• Experience in logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Advanced Excel or data analysis skills.
• Experience working with ERP or cost management systems.
• Basic Chinese language skills (in addition to English and Hungarian).
