Cost Controller for Facility Maintenance Area
Your tasks will be:
- Oversee the review and setting of annual KPI targets, revision of MOH/SGA/CAPEX budgets, alongside other finance related tasks.
- Lead the development and implementation of a centralized procurement mechanism for various projects (EI/EQ/SV/PT).
- Conduct cost audits, build data models/databases, and identify cost reduction opportunities for ongoing projects (EI/EQ/SV/PT).
- Evaluate and provide feedback on the performance of the cost controlling administrator to enhance team effectiveness.
- Monitor and guide the implementation of management tasks, including administration, business operations, and supplier management.
- Spearhead the writing of IT requirements for the digital and intelligent transformation of CATH-related businesses, ensuring clear communication with the FE FOM group center.
What we expect from you:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics.
- Proficiency in finance, taxation, contracts, data analysis, process management, project management, and team management.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in cost management within large enterprises.
- Advanced English proficiency and fluency in Hungarian.
