What tasks await you?
• Ensuring the full and accurate processing of payroll and social security administration;
• Preparing tax and statistical reports related to payroll (NAV, KSH);
• Handling tasks related to social security contributions and completing all related data reporting;
• Providing necessary data to pension and health insurance funds;
• Keeping employee records up to date;
• Managing HR administration related to hiring and termination;
• Issuing employer certificates and handling wage garnishments;
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related questions and resolving their issues;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
You are the perfect candidate if you have:
• A payroll and/or social security administration qualification;
• A BSc degree in economics, finance, human resource management, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience as a payroll and social security administrator or in a similar role;
• Confident use of the NEXON payroll software;
• Hands-on experience in payroll processes and managing compensation cycles;
• Knowledge of administering various benefits and incentive schemes;
• Up-to-date knowledge of current labor laws, regulations, and requirements;
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications and HR databases);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and English;
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously;
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
