What tasks await you?

  • Ensure production continuity: Support ongoing production in the cell manufacturing area and monitor the operation of production equipment.
  • Perform manufacturing tasks: Produce products in accordance with work instructions while meeting required quality and quantity standards.
  • Operate machinery: Handle, operate, and support manufacturing equipment.
  • Report technical issues: Identify and report technical problems to the appropriate colleagues.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment: Perform duties in a cleanroom while wearing the required protective clothing and complying with cleanroom procedures and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain order and organization: Keep workstations clean and apply 5S workplace organization standards.
  • Follow safety regulations: Strictly comply with occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain documentation: Accurately complete and update production records.
  • Work schedule information: The cell manufacturing area is currently in the training phase, so work is temporarily performed only on 12-hour daytime shifts (08:00–20:00). After the training period, the schedule will transition to a continuous 3-on/3-off shift pattern.

 

You are the perfect candidate if you:

  • Education: At least a primary school education.
  • Manufacturing experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with basic manufacturing standards and the 5S system.
  • Computer skills: Basic user-level computer proficiency.
  • Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Work ethic: Reliable, able to handle repetitive tasks and work under pressure, and capable of following work instructions accurately.
  • Availability: Willingness to perform 12-hour standing work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Location: Willingness to work in Debrecen, Hungary.
  • Language: Speak fluent Hungarian

 

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

  • Manufacturing experience in the automotive, food processing, or chemical industries.
  • Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment.
  • Experience in battery manufacturing.
