Your tasks will be:

• Manage equipment procurement activities from sourcing and supplier selection through negotiation and contracting.
• Develop and manage standard and non-standard equipment supplier resources.
• Prepare procurement plans and ensure timely project execution.
• Lead RFQs, bidding, price negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Drive equipment cost reduction and maintain competitive pricing.
• Manage supplier performance and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to identify competitive equipment and cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and cost analyses.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement;
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong communication and coordination skills, analytical mindset, execution ability, and capacity to work under pressure with high professional ethics;
• Fluent Chinese and English is a must;
• Willingness to work on-site in Debrecen.
