What tasks await you?
- Oversee day-to-day canteen operations, ensuring timely preparation, quality control and efficient service to meet the needs of our employees;
- Train and manage kitchen staff, service teams, and cleaning personnel to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and customer satisfaction;
- Prepare and manage the budgets for the canteen, track expenses, and optimize operations while adhering to company policies;
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and food regulations, implement best practices in food handling and conduct regular quality checks;
- Oversee daily cleaning operations performed by the contracted cleaning company to ensure all areas meet established cleanliness standards;
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations in all cleaning activities, especially in production and warehouse areas;
- Regularly assess the quality of the cleaning service provided by the cleaning company and address any performance issues promptly;
- Develop and approve cleaning schedules to minimize disruption to operations and ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently;
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage to avoid wastage or shortages;
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the cleaning contractor, facilitating clear communication and resolving any concerns.
You are the perfect candidate if:
- Posess minimum Bachelor’s degree;
- You have relevant work experience;
- You have strong communication skills in English and Chinese;
- You are in posession of B category driving license;
- You have good organizational and communication skills;
- You pay attention to detail and you have excellent problem-solving skills;
- You represent an open-minded attitude;
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Are you commited to working in Debrecen.
It’s an advantage if you have the following:
- Experience in the battery, chemical or automotive industry or equivalent experience;
- Hungarian language knowledge.
