What tasks await you?

• Active participation in the installation, maintenance and inspection planning of CNC machines;
• Checking the condition of cutting tools, consumables and clamping devices, performing simple repairs;
• Preparing the manufacturing process based on technical drawings, adjusting tools and machining parameters;
• Operating CNC machines (FANUC, Mitsubishi, Siemens systems), interpreting and modifying NC program;
• Using general measuring instruments, assessing tool wear, and setting tool accuracy;
• Developing training plans for CNC machine operators, preparing training materials, and conducting training sessions;
• Supporting the daily operational functions of the workshop and optimizing manufacturing processes;
• Applying Lean and 5S principles, as well as providing professional support and leadership to the team.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

• Have a university degree in a technical field.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a maintenance workshop or a similar industrial environment;
• Are confident in using English in professional situations, both spoken and written;
• Have strong collaboration skills and are comfortable leading a small team
• Can quickly grasp practical situations and are not afraid of problem-solving;
• Are open to acquiring new knowledge and enjoy developing yourself professionally
