CATL is building its second European production base in Debrecen to serve the European market even more efficiently and to develop its international production network.

Your tasks will be:

•    Participates in the installation of CNC machines;
•    Takes part in the formulation of the inspection and maintenance plan of CNC machines;
•    Be responsible for the application and check of cutting tools and consumables and supervises the processes of the machine center;
•    Formulates CNC machine technician skills training plan, prepares training materials, and ensures the effective realization of trainings;
•    Takes part in the daily operation of the Machine Center.
•    Reads machining drawings, understands the requirements of dimensional tolerance and form and position tolerance; 
•    Installs the tools, according to the material categories and related processing parameters; 
•    Uses the common measuring tools (vernier caliper, inner/outer micrometer, needle gauge, plug gauge, tooth gauge, height gauge/meter, depth gauge, etc.);
•    Clamps all kinds of processed parts, familiar with the use and daily maintenance of all kinds of fixtures (such as vice, magnetic table, vacuum suction cup, etc.), and makes simple repairs;
•    Maintains the process flow of producing general machining parts, and suggest improvements for the process;
•    Carry out fine boring independently;
•    Inspects and adjusts tool accuracy, and judges the wear of tools through the appearance of tools;
•    Operates mainstream CNC systems such as FANUC/Mitsubishi/Siemens;
•    Reads commonly used NC codes, identifies the errors, and modifies NC programs;
•    Safely operates machines, understand Lean principals;
•    Coordinate the team’s work to achieve objectives.

•    College degree or above;
•    More than 3 years working experience in machining centre;
•    Basic team management ability and can lead the team to achieve objectives.
