Your tasks will be:
- Organization and analysis of data to identify any anomalies in daily operations, with the aim of reducing costs and risks;
- Facilitating the development of internal systems for the establishment of the cafeteria, company bus, and dormitory;
- Facilitating annual physical exams and other health-related activities;
- Provide support for various ISD-related matters.
What we expect from you:
- Proficient in both Chinese and English;
- Relevant administrative experience, familiar with daily office operations, (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT, etc.);
- Bachelor's degree or higher, human resources management, business management, or related fields;
- Strong organizational and time management skills,
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit;
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
