Your tasks will be:

Canteen Management: In line with Hungarian local food culture, responsible for the overall operation and management of the canteen, ensuring that its operation aligns with local characteristics. This includes employee dining, food safety, hygiene management, and facility maintenance supervision, ensuring efficient canteen operation.
Operations and Adaptability: Adapt to the Hungarian market by developing and implementing the canteen's operational plan, including menu review, ingredient procurement monitoring, and price control. Consider seasonal ingredients and traditional holiday foods to meet employees' dietary needs.
Food Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to Hungarian food safety regulations, ensuring that all ingredients and food handling meet the highest hygiene standards.
Employee Satisfaction Improvement: Handle employee feedback regarding the canteen, promptly resolve dining issues, understand and respond to Hungarian employees' cultural needs, and improve the quality of canteen services and customer satisfaction.
Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with canteen operators to ensure stable supply of ingredients and competitive pricing.
Team Guidance: Guide and supervise local staff, strengthen teamwork, and improve service quality and work efficiency.
Cost Control: Effectively manage the canteen's budget, retrieve monthly data for reconciliation, and maintain an expense ledger. Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
 

What we expect from you:

Local Experience: Possess local catering management experience in Hungary, with a good understanding of local food habits and market trends.
Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in catering management or a related field, with at least 5 years of canteen management experience. A background in the Hungarian catering industry is preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to develop localized problem-solving strategies.
Certifications: A certificate in Hungarian food safety management is preferred.
Cultural Understanding: A deep understanding and passion for Hungarian culture and catering services. This position will provide Hungarian employees with nutritious meals tailored to local tastes, showing care for employees while creating a Hungarian-themed working environment.
Language requirements: Proficiency in Hungarian, Chinese and English.
