Supervisor Production (m/w/d)

These are your tasks: 
 

• Technical and disciplinary leadership and supervision of the shift- and teamleaders
   

• Organization and administration of production resources
   

• Conducting personnel and development conversations with employees, including training and instruction for employees 
   

• Planning of the personnel development of employees and ensuring a high level of motivation  
   

• Ensuring and monitoring the production process as well as continuous improvement of the efficiency of the production 
   

• Improvement of product quality in accordance with the company's quality management system
   

• Implementation of countermeasures in the event of customer complaints 
   

• Ensuring compliance with legal and internal company requirements with regard to occupational safety and specific production processes 
  
   

These are your qualifications:

• Completed education as a Technician or Master in the field of mechanical engineering, metal or similar or a bachelor's degree in a comparable field
   

• Several years of experience in the leadership of several teams of employees and in shop floor management
   

• Several years of experience in the production field in a manufacturing company
   

• Very good language skills in German and English
   

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
   

• Very good communication skills
   

• Ability to work in a team as well as an independent, reliable and self-reliant way of working
